Busy Bees

We have been very busy bees today. This morning we did lots of crafty jobs and made our own pictures and cards. 

This afternoon we did some superb writing about superheroes and then made some chocolate crispy cakes and had them for snack. 

Superheroes!

This morning before we went off to choose,we had to write a word or sentence about each superhero character. We blew the grown ups socks off doing it! 

Producing Comics

Spiderman left us a challenge to rewrite a comic as the pages has fallen out of his. We chose what superheroes we wanted to use and wrote what they said and also some sound words. We had so much fun! 

Superhero Detectives

This week we are being Superhero Detectives and looking for technology that has been designed to help us. We went in small groups around the outside of school with iPads and notebooks and found lots of different things from houses, gates, windows and doors to bins, roads, buses and a postbox.

Persuading the Giant

Today we have had another very exciting day trying to persuade the giant again! We really hope he will bring our bean stalks back tomorrow as we have tried to hard. We have written notes, made traps and even made some jokes to humour the giant. 

The Giant

Today we arrived into school to find the big nasty giant had stolen our beans. In order to get them back we had to think of lots of different ways to persuade the giant to return them. We hope we have tried hard enough. 

Some of us decided to make bean stalks and ladders so we could climb into the clouds to get them back. 

Some of us wanted to make maps to help track down the beans. We also wrote some letters to the giant and drew him some pictures and posted them.
