Reading Swap
This afternoon we enjoyed a Reading Swap with the Year 3 children in class 6. Half of us went to class 6 and half of them came to our class. We enjoyed sharing story books with the big girls and boys and listening to them read to us.

Challenge
George left us a very exciting challenge today. We had to make a pictogram based on the data we collected in our tally charts. The pictograms are a representation of what pets boys and girls have throughout the school.
We were so AMAZING at this!

My Pet Monster
We have been very lucky boys and girls this morning as we got to watch a fantastic show called 'My Pet Monster.'
It was so funny and we could not stop giggling. The characters were fantastic especially when they kept feeding George the monster the cabbage.
We have been talking about it all day!

PE
Today we did PE for the first time. We were very good at getting undressed and putting our things neatly in our bags. Then we practised different ways of moving in the big hall.
We were very good at this and tried really hard!

Houses
We have been busy bees over the last two weeks. We have been learning all about critique and we have learnt how to produce a 1st draft and then to edit it to make another draft.
We then used our drafts and critique to make our final outcome of a paper bag house.
They look amazing!! Miss Broxholme and Mrs Millar are very proud of us.
Garden Opening
We had a fantastic morning at our official garden opening. The Mayor was absolutely overwhelmed with our new garden and how we explored all the different areas with so much excitement.
This was a very special morning for us and we are so grateful to everyone who came to share it with us.
